TVR Sagaris GTF
The first TVR Sagaris race car, originally destined for the works Le Mans team.
No1 of 7 built.
The car raced very successfully over the 2006 season winning many races in the TVR Challenge @10, Dutch Supercar, Combe GT and Britcar. Driven by Tim Hood. It was also driven by Micheal Caine in a feature race at Donington Park GP 2025.
#1 was purchased by its 2nd/current owner who fully rebuilt the car (2017) and upgraded the car to the latest GTF spec Chevy v8 (John Eales 6.8L LS2), Quaife Sequential gearbox and the bigger BTR diff. The engines were built specifically for the GTF cars by John and LS then became the standard spec for all the following cars. The engines were built from of the (usa) shelf race parts for power, longevity, price and availability. The whole rotating assembly (steel crank, H rods and forged pistons) was a remarkable $2700 in the US at time of build!!
Since the rebuild, by TVRMonster - who have built the other race winners and Champions - the car has been used sparingly with only @11hrs testing and 2x All-comers sprint race and 1x TVR sprint race on the fully rebuilt car. It won again.
The Sagaris is already a fast appreciating cult supercar on the road and the seven race cars produced always draw huge attention from the crowd and commentators. Road cars are still fetching £90k+ for top examples and generally feth £70k+. To build this car now would cost well in excess of £100k

Dramatic and very fast, but easy and inexpensive to look after and run. Spares available from the usual outlets in the UK with body panels available from GTF and suspension etc from GTF, ourselves or Grantura Engineering.
Chassis No1 is a piece of TVR racing history.
Only selling as I have retired to Greece.
