This particular tuscan challenge car has a great racing history which started in 89, with John Kent at the wheel, no.27/28 green with rainbow stripes across the bonnet, also raced in period by the Legends Gerry Marshall and Chris Hodgetts and a few other well known racers, it was converted to an AJP engined car by Giles Cooper and campained by Phil James in 1997, Boss Racing have just completed a full recommision of the car, everything new, we ran it faultlessly at Donnignton a couple of weeks ago, it did qually and two races not missing a beat so it is now ready to race, it has a freshly built 4.5l AJP dry sump full race engine built by Simon Woods, a proper full race competition gearbox with all the right internals, 3 way adjustable Ohlins, 6 pot ap racing brakes, new mappable ECU, new list 1b tyres on refurbed dymags, everything is new, i have owned 10 + tvr tuscan race cars and this drives the best of them all, great chassis that corner weights perfectly, all set up by Boss Racing, the car wants for nothing, only ever approx. 65 original Tuscans built, now probably a lot less left, very capable race cars that are welcomed in many race series, great investment, with 1965 griffiths worth £200K + grab yourself a bargain race car with excellent pedigree. give me a call to discuss, always happy to talk race cars!!
