1988 Ace Formula Vee built by David Ross, this car is the first of the two Vees built & raced by him in the late 80s & early 90s (first one known as the Orange car & the second one as the Green car).

We are selling this Vee on behalf of our late customers widow. The car was purchased about 2002/3 by our customer & used occasinaly in sprints & has been in storage since the mid 00s, We have looked over the car & had the engine running, clutch & brake hydralics need overhauling as well as all safety equipment. It would make a good winter project for someone & deserves to be used properly again as the orininal desginer/builder intended

It comes with a file with race results & cuttings of race reports, also included in the file are all the drawings needed, some patterns to build another one & a comprehensive purchase list of all parts that were used in the construction of the car so should be easier to find spares, also included in the purchase are a new inner & outer tub & body moulds. There are some spares with the car but not sure exactly sure whats there as they are still in storage & haven't been catalogued.
