2001 BMW E46 M3 TRACK CAR FOR SALE:

SUMMARY:

Please see for sale the basic details of my 2001 E46 M3 Track Car for sale.  This car is an ex race car from the M3 Cup - which is now a road legal track day car.  

When I purchased it, it was road legal and had had a huge amount of money spent on the parts.  Nitron Coilovers, CAE Shifter, Big Brakes, Fully welded in T45 cage, Plastic windows, fully plumbed in 4 point fire suppression system etc etc.  In the last 2-3 year I have owned the car I personally have spent a large amount of money on maintenance and tidying up what is there.  I have a huge folder with all paperwork and proof.

Despite grand plans, I have only managed to do about 10 trackdays in that time.  I’m working 2 full time jobs at the moment, am just completing on a new house and won’t have time to do anymore trackdays in the near future.  Rather than have the car just sitting in my garage and using all the space and not being used, I would rather get rid and have someone else enjoy it.  

Wether you want to turn it back into a current race car (the t45 cage, fia seats and fire system avoid all the big costs), enjoy it as a hardcore road car/track day/ring toy (the safety systems, big brakes, top coilovers) car or just purchase it as a growing asset (e46’s have been steadily increasing in price year on year) then this is a great option.  

I am looking for a quick sale - so I have priced the car accordingly.  I am not after any part exchanges or deals - straight sale only.  I will consider sensible offers very close to asking price - but don’t have to sell so will not be giving the car away.  If it comes to it I will just store it as an appreciating asset myself.

The chassis has been fully set up and corner weighted by Matt at Spires and the entire car was recently with Jamie of J-Tech for a servicing, full nut and bolt check and a large number of jobs to ensure the car is safe and effective for the new owner (things like re-routing setrab oil coolers away from potential sharp edges etc).

This is the most fun track car I have ever owned and it is ready to drive and enjoy safely.
