Engine and gearbox recently rebuilt, with just two races afterward. Bought from Alan Harding back in 2011, this amazing Formula Vee raced in the Portuguese Single Seater Series between 2011 and 2016. Record lap for a Formula Vee in Estoril Circuit, Autodromo do Algarve, and Braga Circuit. Championship category winner every year. Never crashed. Fun to drive, and easy to maintain.

Some info about this FVee:

• Construction year is 1998;
• Tubular Chassis;
• Engine, gearbox and suspension are original from the VW Beetle from the 60', with some adaptions made by the constructor. Engine is also tuned, with a light weight flywheel and other things to make it faster
• Gear box is inverted, so the engine is central mounted. 
• The car is equipped with an oil cooler;
• Not equipped with a cool fan.
• It is equipped with a manual fire extinguisher system, operated inside the cockpit, or from the outside;
• Seat belts brackets are prepared for the use of a Hans device system. 
• The Schroth 6 point seat belts are out of date for racing (finished 2016), but of course in perfect condition for track-days
• The fueltank is made of alluminium and situated behind the seat;
• It is equipped with a fiberglass seat;
• Not equipped with alternator, but eqquiped with an electric instalation to easy charge the batery from the outside;
• Eqquiped with electric starter;
• Equipped with a brake bias, controlled from the cockpit;
• Weight is around 430 kilos;
• Body is made of aluminium and fiber glass;
• Spare nose cone is included.
• Tyres are not new (Dunlop CR82).
• The car has a Technical Portuguese Passport issued by FPAK (portuguese auto racing and karting federation);
• The car is elegible to race in the British Formula Vee series.
