Description:

Built in 2018 using 5 stud 98 JDM DC2 running gear which allows the use of std k20 driveshafts.

Spare front knuckles included, these are not refurbed.

Cage by Shaun Woods Motorsport and K conversion done by Performance Auto works, Fairford. Engine built by Race DNA and designed for endurance and torque, mapped by Paul West on KPro giving 282 flywheel bhp and 212 FtLb torque at a conservative 8500 rpm.

Box is running std diff and ratios but mfactory shorter 5th and 6th , designed to hit rev limiter at Snetterton. Kazz plate diff deals with maximum grip.

Wheels and tyres offset front and rear with 225 and 205. Couple of spares of each and a brand new spare wet set of yokohama full wets that are unused.

Set up is NOT twitchy, 2nd driver at Combe had never sat in the car until quali and was able to get on the pace without drama...yes, you can go more aggressive but I'd resist too much on the front as roll centre and spring / damping is pretty much bang on. 

Twin pot Accord Type R discs and calipers on the front (15 inch wheels fit without spacers) and dc2 rears with 1inch master cylinder and proportional valve front to rear. It's still a diagonal system with original valve to avoid rear lock up. All lines inside and done by HEL.

Exhaust is 4-2-1 and is quiet with an inter fitted, Brands evenings,  Donny and Combe are not a problem.

I'm selling as I have my last ever resto to do on a 98 UK DC2.
