Assembled with help of Martin Johnson and with the following
2.2 Lotus rally engine by Phil Davison 250 bhp 180 Lbs torque, pace dry sump system, latest rocker gasket set ( no leaks) works engine mounts
All lines Goodridge aeroquip.
Bias pedal box, hydraulic hand brake and works cover.
1979 spec dash and trip meter. Springalex steering wheel.
Gearbox ZF close ratio and direct top by Wayne Lee.
Rear Axle with ex works gravel ratio lsd (4:71) by Jim Little
Front and rear Bilstein suspension with gravel springs
AP brakes and Monti Carlo rears.
All new competition wiring loom
FIA bolt in cage
In date Motordrive Seats and harnesses,
New fire extinguisher kit including hand held
Factory spec alloy fuel cell foam filled with twin pumps and pressure regulator.
Works spec high ratio steering system
Original Carrello spot lights and quick release works brackets
Stood on original ex works magnesium minilites but converted to grp4 studs ( to allow newer wheels to used) with Dunlop gravel tyres included are 2 x spare wheels all stamped Talbot Sport
Built as a tribute to Tony Pond and Ian Grindrod, with Ian assisting with the details and signing the car

Presented in the exact livery from 1979 San Remo Rally
