PRO-Driver Ford Mustang " Big Bullet" Project Build. In 2021 PRO-Driver Racing started the "Big Bullet" Build using the Same Principles, Ethos & Aims as the Teams Giant Killing, Thunder Saloon Championship Winning Talbot Sunbeam Lotus AKA "The Bullet" The Fastest Sunbeam in the World. Using My 2016 Supercharged Mustang GT 20K Miles Road Car as the Base and the £220,000 Mustang GT4 550 BHP Race Car as the Base Line Performance/Lap Time. We set out To build a Mustang with Steeda UK & USA Parts that would make our Mustang Handle as well as the GT4 with the help of Wider Wheels/Rubber & Rear Wing Downforce, Aero that GT4 Rules Restrict. Initially Engine Wise we were going down the Supercharging Route as we already had the Stock Supercharged Motor putting out 850 BHP (400 BHP more than a GT4 Car) as a Starting point to test & assess the Cars Performance at that point. Unfortunately on our 2nd Track Test Day use the Stock Engine and/or Supercharger Heat retention Issues the engine lost Compression & have not had the £50K Budget available to finish the Project with Forged Built to a Safe to 2000 BHP , A Twin Turbo 1200 BHP at the Wheels Endurance Race Safe Engine wth BMW M Series & Speed Double Clutch Gearbox. So rebuilding/replacing with a Crate Engine with BHP to Suit the Buyers Individual Budget/Aim. All the Chassis /Body Build Parts have covered less than 100 Miles & the Car has been dry stored away since 2021. Here is a list of the parts that I can think of and needs to be viewed to appreciate as there is so much more: Ford Performance 1500 BHP Drive shafts, Steeda Race K member, Diff cooler, Custom Multi point Weld in FIA Roll Cage, Front and Rear lightweight inner Bumpers, Subframe braces , Solid Engine Mounts, Front/Rear everywhere solid mounted Steel bushes, stop the hop pack, anti roll bars, jacking rails, support bushes, tension link, KW 3 Way Adjustable Dampers, Short Shifter, Aeroquip Brake lines, Mantic Twin Disc Clutch, Cobra FIA Race Seats x 2, 2 x 6 point harnesses, plumbed in fire extinguisher system, battery Isolater, Lexan Rear, Side & Door Windows , Anderson Composites Bootlid, AT .4 Inch Wider Front Wings, Doors, Side Skirts, Front & Rear Bumpers, Rear Diffuser, Carbon Bonnet & Rear Wing, Quick Release Wheel Boss and Momo Steering Wheel, Race Radiator, Billet oil pump and crank gear, oil cooler kit, dw fuel pump. GPS Lap Timer, Timing Transponder, Red top Race Battery, Boot Firewall, Track Day and Race Legal Stainless Cat Back Custom Twin Exit Exhaust System Sub 95 Decibels and under Track Day Limit. Build Cost Totalling over £80,000 with £50,000 spent on parts plus the Cost of the £30K Base Car. The Car comes with the standard gearbox & non runner down on compression engine with only Standard Induction & No Supercharger Kit. £30,000 ONO.
