The car has the GT4 restrictor, removing it can run at 488 hp instead of 430 hp. The car has silencers to limit noise to around 95 dB, making it compliant with most tracks, but it still has an impressive sound! A very fast and fun car! Safety Harness, tank and fire extinguisher need to be renewed to apply in official races.

General Informations:

After the experience with Trofeo Series, Maserati was ready to push the GranTurismo MCs into a new challenge: the international GT4 series. The modifications needed for GT4 homologation mainly concerned the engine and aerodynamics. The car's overall technical make-up was unchanged: the 4700cc engine, electro-actuated transmission with paddle-shift commands and same kerb weight.

The Trofeo car was developed by Maserati Corse starting from a Granturismo MC Stradale chassis and engine. The chassis was lightended, the engine, gearbox, ECU, brakes and suspension were modified, a wider track was also applied.
