Very quick SR8.  Engine fully upgraded to latest specs by RLM, Gearbox professionally rebuilt.  Over £30K spent in last couple of years.

Most recently prepped for 2025 by North Motorsport.

This car was brought to a no expenses spared standard over the last couple of years (engine/box refresh, new ECU/dash/gearshift strategy).  

Brand new AiM Dash (colour LED screen, CAN integrated to ECU).

Engine - complete rebuild by RLM to latest SR8 standards. Higher compression JE 84mm pistons, heads gas-flowed, crank rod and piston assembly balanced.  Fully remapped for new pistons/heads and run-in on RLM dyno.  All RLM build/upgrade recommendations taken.
Extensive gearbox refresh.  Full build inc crownwheel & pinion, bearings, bearing cage, ratios, dogs etc.

Current ECU Engine hours reads 2.5h run time and 0.6h under load. 

Bodywork.  Under the wrap lies a carbon tub and rear section (very expensive and rare options).  Sponsor graphics are on top of wrap and can be removed.

Rebuild work:
All corners stripped/checked and dampers dyno-tested, tweaked.
Full setup by North Motorsport.

Radiators inspected, pressure tested.
Oil coolers flushed and pressure tested.
New Skids.
New front floor side plates.
New water pump plugs.
Cooling fan added.
New radiator brackets.
New side pod grilles.
Fuel pump off-kit fitted.
Light loom modified for easier rear connection.
New brake ducts.
Carbon rear wing with SR3-RS style end-plates.
New in-tank fuel pump.
Driveshaft boots stripped and repacked
Brand new Life ECU (to accommodate extra channels for closed-loop gearshift).

Complete new engine wiring loom (for new ECU/dash).

Closed-loop Life gearshift control (enabled by new ECU) in order to give modern gearshift and protect box.

Car supplied with wheels/avon slicks as shown in photos, fuel churn, wheel socket, ECU cable, dive planes.

Also available for £6K with car - extensive spares package inc 3 sets of wheels/tyres, rear wing, diffuser and gearbox spares package bought for £7K
