After 6 years of fun, The Time has come to put my Mk2 GTI Track car up for sale. 

 

Genuinely gutted to be selling this, its been absolutely brilliant and certainly surprises a lot of people, without a doubt one of the most fun cars i've ever owned. 

 

Please don't mistake this for some thrown together in a weekend Track Slag, Thousands spent, but here's a Rough spec list 

 

2.0 9A Engine with ported polished head running on R1 Carbs, Set up and Dyno'd by Sanspeed.

Kent GF1603 Cam, Upgraded valve springs, hardware etc. 

ARP Rod Bolts

Lightened balanced Flywheel

Sachs G60 Clutch 

Full stainless Exhaust by EMP performance.

Uprated Aluminium Radiator 

Uprated Oil Cooler 

Custom built 02J gearbox (custom Ratios) with Quaife LSD

Wilwood 4 Pot Front Brakes with Vented discs, DS2500 Pads

Standard Rear Brakes with uprated Pads (Also DS2500 IIRC)

Gaz Gold Coilovers with fully adjustable top mounts. 

Sparco Grid Seats

OMP Harnesses 

Sparco Steering wheel and Boss

Plastics 4 Performance Windows with Hardcoating

 

Fully Corner Weighted and set up, Weighs in at 980kg with a 70kg Driver and half a tank of fuel. 

Handles like its on Rails, Brilliant fun, incredibly reliable car. Upgraded brakes, Refreshed suspension, new uprights, bearings etc approx. 18 months ago. 

 

Paint Job is a 'Track Day' Paint job, looks great from 10 ft, Definitely turns some heads, but not going to be winning any concourse shows any time soon, this is a track car and has been used as a track car for many years, Expect rubber marks and stone chips. 

 

I Do have a Logbook, number plates etc and with very little work this could be MOT'd and put back on the road. 

 

I have three sets of freshly refurbished E30 Alloys which will be included in the sale.
