1 Set of 4 Cosworth Narrow Journal 5230” Steel Conrods £350 Set ono. The rods are complete with caps and ARP Bolts. The rods are in perfect condition. Rods were removed from a crossflow hillclimb engine.

New Farndon rods from Burton are now priced at £205ea, Arrow are £1170 (Set). 

Steel Crankshaft Crossflow / BDA / Lotus. GAF Gordon Allan Foundries (Farndon) £750 ono Narrow Journal, 12 Bolt, Steel Crankshaft 68.4mm Stroke. Both Big End and Main Journals are on Standard sizes as the crank has never been re-ground. The crankshaft is in excellent condition, it was removed from a short stroke BDA.

The crankshaft was purchased to make a short stroke crossflow but due to change of plans (Decided to Install an all Steel Pinto).

The crankshaft if used with 86.25mm pistons would give the ultimate 1600 BDA or Crossflow actual size 1598 CC.

New Steel Cranks Vary in Cost from £1200 to £2500+ depending manufacturer.

1 Set of 4 Ford Crossflow JE Forged Race Pistons 87mm 3.425” Complete with 1 set of Total Seal Piston Rings £350 ono. Forged JE pistons purchased through Loman Jones. The pistons would require to be used in a heavy wall block possibly an AX. Using standard throw crank they will give approx. 1850cc. The pistons were purchased to make a short stroke crossflow but due to change of plans Items now for sale.

New Forged Pistons from Burton are now priced at £150ea. 

1 Set of 4 Lightened & Polished Ford Crossflow Conrods £60 Set ono. The rods are complete with caps and ARP Bolts. The rods are in perfect condition (Someone spent an awful lot of time polishing). Rods were removed from a crossflow Sprint / Hillclimb engine.

Gearbox completely rebuilt by Steve Perks of Tracsport Ref Number stamped on casing SPC5601.
