The car was produced by Lotus cars as part of an exclusive track day club for those that wanted to get as close to the thrill of formula one as possible. Originally there was to be 10-12 cars but only 6 were ever built by lotus. All 6 cars are now privately owned and kept under lock and key. We're offering our immaculately kept car for sale. This is a chance to own a piece of history. 

The Lotus 125 shares many of the design philosophies that are found in a contemporary F1 car, including carbon composite chassis and body panels, constructed with an aluminium nomex core, carbon ceramic brakes, FIA approved fuel cells and crash structure to maximise driver safety without compromising performance.

The Engine is a Cosworth GPV8 3.8L normally aspirated 90 degree V8 with a pectel SQ6 ECU. It has a 6 speed Semi Auto pneumatic actuation paddle shift system with auto throttle blip/ignition cut

The car was acquired directly from Lotus in March 2013. since then its done very little. Just a few track days covering a total of 716Km. The car has been maintained regardless of cost by Ram Racing, based at Silverstone, and runs faultlessly. 

The car is ready to run and will come with all the equipment needed to run the car. Spares also included. Packages are available for support to run and maintain the car.
