Very rare opportunity to buy possibly the last original  unmolested gen 2 cup car.

Renault sport Clio car chassis number 37 believed 2005 and only raced for part of one season and then stored for approximately seven years

Probably the best and most original and immaculate gen2  British series spec car available.  I'm not going to list the whole spec but if you know these cars you will know all the trick bits Renaultsport made for these. 

 Engine still sealed making 195 bhp at 6900 rpm, Sadev six speed flat change sequential gearbox all to the original Renault sport specification as it left the factory in Dieppe. Everything mechanically  is 100% as was when it left the factory apart from the exhaust system as it was to loud. It now has a Ktec  racing exhaust to meet otrack day noise limits. 

 It starts first time every time and has been 100% reliable as Renaultsport intended.

 The car is finished in the Renault F1 blue and yellow colours of the period with its original decals.The interior is finished in metallic grey as they all wear from the factory. Car is fitted with the original Renaultsport Aimsports race studio data logging and comes with beacon transmitter and download lead set together with software on CD. The seat is in date and the car is absolutely ready to race with the exception of data expired belts and extinguisher. Also comes with the full Clio cup competition manual and spares list, many receipts including gearbox rebuilt by SWR motorsport, suspension refurbishment by Bilstein in 2017. Car comes with 8 original MAG Speedline Corse race wheels with part worn 888's. Tilt bed trailer and other spares available by separate negotiation.
