raced in heritage formula ford, ready to race and excellent condition gearbox and engine, very easy to drive and forgiving car.

ideal for use in the hscc historic formula ford championship and heritage or classic ff1600 series

this mx version doesn’t have to run with the ‘wedge shape’ rear bodywork which was removed in period, the mx was run in period without. Complete set of wedge bodywork with car if required.

The car has fitted current legal belts and fire extinguisher, brand new battery and wiring, gearbox bearings replaced, new pads, new brake resevoirs, new aeroquip brake lines, new radiator pipes and hoses etc etc

overall the car is in original unmolested condition which the price reflects. The car does require a little tidying such as re-chroming the wishbones or can be used as is and is currently the cheapest way to get into historic formula ford. I can arrange work to be done to the car to the extent which you may require at cost price.

The engine runs well and benefits from a low mileage and good oil pressure with equal compression

the car comes with a complete set of spare bodywork and a set of wheels, and the original shock absorbers

I may consider renting the car to race or a px against the full purchase or sell as a rolling chassis, we currently have transport and race day support space at all hscc rounds
