Converted to race car in 2002 by TMS Motors.
Raced by Paul Glyn and Steve Guglielmi in 750 GT championship with 2 outright wins.
Bought by David Gerald in 2005 and then by current owner in 2006.
330 bhp. 320 lbs ft torque, Powers Performance 5 litre Taraka Rover V8 engine. Cross bolted block. Done 2000 miles since rebuild at cost of £10k . Full spec on request.
MBE ignition overhauled in 2017.
16" Spider wheels on 5 stud hubs. 304mm drilled vented discs with TVR 4 pot calipers.R888 tyres.
Suspension rebushed 2000 miles ago.
Full roll cage. Stripped interior with Tillet seat. 4 point Schroth harness.
Distinctive red and checked pattern body work, has seen this car photograped in TVR Car Club magazine many times. Has featrured on front cover of Prescott programme and in Brian James Trailer ads. It even has it's own chapter in Shackletons book on the TVR Griffith. Potential classic car status and investmnent potential.
I've owned and enjoyed this car for 11 years and it has proved reliableand tractable enought to drive to local meetings.MOT till April 19.
It's not immaculate, just a well used and maintained car. Never crashed or bent.
