This is chassis no GT002 - built and raced by PTG North America and laterly by Strakka Racing. Fully known history from new and has recently been the subject of a bare body total rebuild. Very interesting history with many well known drivers having competed in it over the years.

This car is an original (one of 7) E46 GT2 M3’s and ran in ALMS in 2000-2002. Driven by Lehto, Auberlin, Milner, Muller. Sold to Japanese GT in 2003 approximately and ran there for 2 years before being imported by Ian Donaldson and sold to Harry Leventis (Strakka Racing) for Nick Leventis to start GT racing. At this point Pete Barnard developed the car with Nick. The car was shared with the late Alan Simonsen in it's last season.
