Here is a rare opportunity to become the next custodian of this beautiful Alfa Romeo historic touring car.

Being an extremely rare factory RHD version, it was sold new to Aden in 1962 and was finished in Bianco white, which it still retains. Race prepared by the well-respected Alfa Romeo specialist, Bianco Motorsport, this model is eligible for HRDC ‘Jack Sears Trophy’, HRDC ‘Dunlop Allstars’ and HRDC ‘Classic Alfa Challenge’. It is also eligible for the coveted St. Mary’s Trophy at Goodwood’s Revival meeting in the pre-’60 category due to the model type originating in 1955.

After a meticulous rebuild, this car boasts a fresh race engine, scrubbed-in Dunlop rubber and perfect period detail throughout. Offered with a full rolling road set-up, it is ready to contest the 2024 HRDC race season.

BODY & INTERIOR:
Total strip, repair and respray including chassis repaint.
Original Bianco colour retained with Rosso stripes added.
Perspex side windows, laminate windscreen.
Re-upholstered door cards to match original.
MSA approved roll cage.
  Tillett B6 Screamer car seat on alloy adjustable mounts.
  New harness 2022.
Moto-Lita steering wheel
  Longacre wide-angle rear view mirror. Bullet door mirrors.
New Classic Alfa door handles, wipers, badges, window winders, various gaskets, rubbers, seals, etc.

SUSPENSION & BRAKES:
 Centreline front brake disc adaption kit plus 105 calipers and discs.
Centreline front and rear performance springs.
New Classic Alfa brake master cylinder, repiped brake lines.
Rear suspension re-bushed with Classic Alfa items.
Rear drum brakes totally overhauled with re-lined race shoes.
AP Racing brake bias valve.

GEARBOX:
105 5-speed floor change box, with new clutch.

ENGINE:
 Totally rebuilt to WDL 1400cc specification featuring:
Race prepared 105 series head, ported and machined with 1600 head gasket.
38mm intake and 34mm exhaust valves, Centreline performance valve springs, new guides.
WDL 12. 80mm cams.
Spruell HC pistons, machined valve pockets, liners bored to 77mm.
   Weight-checked and shot-peened con rods. Main bearings . 010 oversize.
Crank re-ground, oil hole re-threaded.
116-series overhauled oil pump and finned sump.
Classic Alfa alloy flywheel.
All new bearings, seals, timing chains, gaskets, shims, filters, etc.
Classic Alfa engine mounts.

ELECTRICS:
Denso 40A alternator conversion, 123 distributor, new HT coil and leads, NGK B8ES spark plugs, Varley Red Top 30 battery, new
  ignition switch, starter button and kill switch.

OIL FEED:
Oil cooler radiator and remote oil filter. New oil pressure guage, and pipelines.

FUEL SUPPLY:
 10-gallon alloy tank with sight glass and level sender, electric pump, all mounted in boot.
New fuel gauge.
Rebuilt Weber 40DCNF downdraught carb, on machined inlet manifold.

COOLING:
  New water pump, hoses, recored radiator.

WHEELS & TYRES:
  Dunlop 550Lx15 CR65 tubed tyres on Classic Alfa replica Campagnolo 5x15 alloy wheels
