This car has won multiple races, pole positions and fastest laps throughout it's time as a race car. In 2016 it has acheived multiple podium placings and pole positions, along with leading multiple races.

In the right hands, this car is a 'ready to go' championship winner. It has been maintained regardless of cost, and has some great history. This car has been racing since the very first Production BMW race at Lydden Hill 13 years ago! This car has been raced in 10 of the following seasons with success throughout, and has always been owned by the same family.

At the end of 2015, GFR took on the car to modify it to our proven 2015 Championship Winning specification, and no stone was left un-turned in maximising every element of this car, with invoices to support this. 

The car is reluctantly being sold by the owners and has been freshened up for sale by GFR. This is a rare opportunity that provides the new owner the chance to jump in to a proven car and win races from day one.

Engine purchased as new unit from BMW in 2010, and built as a racing engine by Mike Lowman (http://www.lowmanracingengines.co.uk) and has recently been tuned by ourselves (GFR). 
Sump baffles and windage tray
Fuel swirl pot/twin pump system
5 Speed manual gearbox with Z3 short shift linkage
Differential re-built in 2015
GFR/Ashley hybrid race exhaust

Shell/Safety:

T45 Weld-in Custom Cages roll cage, extended to front and rear suspension turrets, door cross bars
Ballasted to exceed minimum weight of 1125kg including driver

MSA Fire extinguisher system (serviced in 2016)

Cobra Evolution 'S' Seat
Sparco 6-Point harness (Expires 2020)

Braking:

Brake bias valve (lever style)
Pagid RS29 brake pads front & rear

Suspension:

Suspension and steering components fully re-freshed in 2016 to GFR specification including bushes, bearings, etc
AST Dampers with 2016 GFR spring package and damper valving
Championship winning GFR suspension setup and geometry settings
