Formula Vauxhall Lotus Mk2, Schubel built car (chassis004) Vauxhall 2.0 litre running on carbs. Professionally run in FVL series in period and then stored for several years. I bought the car from storage and had it professionally rebuilt by Edginton Racing ready for 2015 Monoposto championship. Car was completely stripped inc. floor and chassis planks and found to be straight and un-molested. All age related components were replaced, suspension re-powder coated, gearbox and diff. overhauled, engine freshened up and serviced. New dampers, belts, extinguisher, transponder and basic lap-timer were fitted. Bodywork is undamaged, fits easily and snugly.

Car was prepped & maintained by Edginton Racing throughout 2015 with 100% reliability and no issues, returning one podium in Monoposto championship (from 3 rounds entered) and several podiums at end of year non-championship races.

Car is on the button and ready to race and comes complete with spare Techno-Magnesia rims shod with good Avon wets and FVL build/prepare manual is supplied.

A really good bet for this years re-structured Monoposto championship as proven by 3 x 1st's, 4 x 2nd's and a 3rd so far in the first half of 2016.

August 2016, Just had a mid-season re-build and freshen up by Edginton Racing and now ready to win again in the right hands!

Brands Hatch 30/10/16 - Qualified 3rd and two 3rd place finishes, never missed a beat, lapping consistently in the 49's.
