First raced by Keke Rosberg at the 1984 Australian Grand Prix where he finshed 2nd.

The car was then sent by Ralt Australia to New Zealand for the 1984/85 series raced by legendary American Davy Jones.

Ordered by Ralt Australia for Rosberg. The car is a preproduction 1985 model - front pushrod and rear rocker arm suspension.

The Nov 1984 Australian Grand Prix was the last to be held at Calder Park (Formula Atlantic / Pacific cars) prior to going to  Adelaide for Formula 1 in 1985.

Roberto Moreno won from Rosberg in a big field including Lauda, De Cesaris and some very quick Aus and NZ  drivers.

Ralt Aus then sent the car to New Zealand for the 84/85 series with legendary American Davy Jones driving.

Jones put the car on Pole and won race 1 of the NZ GP but suffered a DNF in race 2. Jones went  on to finish a close 2nd in the 84/85 NZ series with 3 out of 4 poles and 4 out of 8 race wins.

This stunning RT4 has undergone a full restoration. Tub was rebuilt by Mike Borland - Borland Racing Developments - remaining works by Larner Engines and Ellery Motorsport.

Engine is a mega Jennings BDD fully rebuilt by Larner Engines with zero km's - this is not your average unit, full details will be supplied.
