Well-built and extensively upgraded Ford Escort MK1 Lotus Twin Cam 1600, ready for new adventures.

Built on an original Lotus Twin Cam Escort, making it a highly desirable and authentic historic rally car.

A proven class-winning car in the up to 1600cc category, with an impressive competition record.

The 1600 ccm Sherwood engine has been fully rebuilt and has not been raced since the rebuild. Dyno documentation from Sherwood is included, showing an output of 192 HP.

The gearbox has been inspected and refreshed, and the rear axle has been fully rebuilt.

The entire car has been thoroughly gone through by Edwald Stenberg and his team – the car has not been used since.

This car comes with a unique history and strong merits.

Classified and approved according to FIA Appendix H (Historic Technical Passport – HTP).
