Description:
BRIEF HISTORY: Sold to historic racing driver Karl Heinz Wagner in 1987 by Ken Booth Racing. It was bought by John Hutchison in 2013, returned to the UK and restored over 8 years.
This has been a competitive car in Class C2 of the British FJ Championship with numerous Class podiums and was 2nd in class overall in 2021.
CONDITION: The car has been fully restored by reputable UK race engineers including chassis-up rebuild, engine, transmission, drive, hubs, brakes and electricals. The VW gearbox was refreshed by Racing Transmissions, and the engine was rebuilt in early 2025 with only 3 races since. Set-up data by RaceDyn is available.
