Description:

One of only 5 Riviera Blue Porsche 993 Carrera Cups produced in 1994 to compete in the Porsche Supercup F1 support races.  This car was on pole position for the Monte Carlo round in Monaco.  It was run by EBI Motorsport for the 1994 season and driven primarily by Bruno Corradi with the occasional round driven by Wolfgang Land (who was the 1993 German Carrera Cup champion).

At the end of 1994 the car was sold to MAC Racing in Italy where it was converted to the 1995 Carrera Cup specification and competed in the Italian Carrera Cup – the technical passport is available for this season.  It competed in various races in Cup specification such as GT Monza and Monza 2H until 2000 when it was converted by MAC Racing to 993 RSR specification using factory Porsche parts – these parts included 993RSR flares, Premier fuel cell, Bilstein Suspension with remote reservoir, 380mm Endurance spec front brakes, twin oil coolers, RSR intake assembly, BBS Magnesium wheels and various engine modifications etc

It raced in RSR specification in the Porsche Club Italia Championship as well as the Monza 1000km in 2001 which was an FIA international event were it finished 12th overall.  It was brought into the UK around 2003 and raced in the Porsche Open by Mike Harding and Willie Green.  At some stage the car suffered an engine failure and was then placed into long-term storage.

The current owner acquired the car in 2023 and set about recommissioning it.  The car retained its original engine and gearbox but the crankcase had sustained damage so a replacement crankcase was sourced.  The original crankcase comes with the car and is repairable.  The recommission included a full engine rebuild, gearbox rebuild, new engine wiring loom, brake caliper rebuild, both oil coolers re-cored, new Krontec air jacks & new clutch.  The original Motronic ECU was remapped by Chipwizards.  The engine was run-in on the dyno and has done zero track miles and only a handful of road miles.

Comes with 3 extra sets of wheels - a set of magnesium BBS, a set of magnesium Speediness and a set of ATS GTR single piece wheels. Can also be supplied with some additional spares.
