1973 Formula 2 GRD ex-Reine Wisell

GRD 273 chassis no. 062 was supplied new to Pierre Robert Racing for Reine Wisell to drive, He won in it at the Nurburgring 1973.

Raced by the current owners in Historic F2 occasionally between 2019-2024. Capable of running competitively in Historic F2. 

After many years in a museum the car has been restored to its original specification with many new parts including- brake discs and calipers, Koni dampers, Driveshafts, front and rear sub-frames, new oil tank, new radiators, new MB wheels etc etc.

Raced in 2024 Equipe F2 with 2x 1st place at Brands Hatch and HSCC Derek Bell Trophy at Silverstone with P2 in the F2 class. 

Ready to race.

Fitted with a Craig Beck Racing alloy block BDG with only 4 hours running time since rebuild which included new block, crank, pistons, rods and cam carriers.  Hewland FG400 gearbox with recently replaced CWP.

The car comes with a current FIA passport valid to 2027, belts and extinguser in date.
