1962 Austin A40 Farina Mk2 - Sprint / Hillcimb / Race Car.
A series race engine with all steel bottom end giving 137 bhp. It was professionally built by Olli at OS Build in south west England. The engine has only done 2.5 hours since build.
It has a straight cut close ratio gearbox, uprated front suspension with Spriget discs and calipers, Peter May negative angle trunions, uprated and adjustable front shocks, 800 lb springs, Peter May extra top links, wishbone, 1" diameter anti roll bat with rose joint links. 6 point Laser roll cage, six point belts, light weight race seat, fully plumbed in fire system. Alloy foam filled fuel tank with internal swirl pot.
3J driveline LSD 4.2 ratio. A frame multi link rear axle, uprated rear suspension and brakes, motorsport polychrome windows, light weight fibre glass bonnet, Peter May uprated half shafts, custom made wiring loom.
The car has also had a bare metal respray topside and underneath.
