Description:

Formula Ford 1600 Engine in component form as follows due to change of plans:-

Chemically cleaned line bored 711m block with new liners and honed to suit new pistons.

Ford cast crank reground checked for straightness and crack tested.

4 Con Rods with big end journals re honed to size, crack tested and new ARP bolts fitted.

Flywheel with new ring gear and clutch assembly.

All of the rotating parts refferred to above balanced and lightened to spec.  All of the work carried out by Paul Gardner Racing Engines.

Cylinder head professionally hand ported (flow figures available), including new valves, valve guides and springs to correct installed height.

2 rocker assemblies and rocker cover.

New pistons.

New big end/main bearings.

Spare Ford Cast crank reground, crack tested and checked for straightness.

Spare 711m block (will need a weld repair where the front oil gallery has damged).

Spare set of 4 con rods.

Box of sundry parts including timing pulleys etc.

Cost effective way of building an engine as will only require sump, oil pump, camshaft carb and inlet manifold to essentially complete.
