Presenting an exceptional opportunity to acquire a 1965 MGB, originally a road car and fully restored to FIA Appendix K regulations in 2011. This car boasts an impressive competition history, having successfully raced at Spa in both the renowned 6 Hours and 3 Hours events. It has also secured class podiums in Masters Historic Racing Gent Drivers races at Donington and Spa.

Most recently, the car competed with the HRDC Allstars in October 2023. It is an ideal candidate for the upcoming Equipe Classic Racing 6 Hours at Donington in July. As a 1965 model, it is eligible for prestigious meetings such as Goodwood and CSCC events, offering plenty of opportunities for future racing.

The engine is fully compliant with Appendix K, featuring 6.5" conrods and more. Currently fitted with Luminition ignition, this can be easily reverted to the standard setup if desired. Depending on agreement of the final price, the car will be sold with a brand new seat and in-date harnesses. The Lifeline fire extinguisher can be re-certified by Lifeline.

Mechanically and structurally sound, this MGB has brought its current owner much enjoyment on track. However, it is recommended that the engine and gearbox are refreshed by the buyer to ensure optimal performance for the next chapter.
