13 year restoration carried out by myself (Mini enthusiast) 

New inner and outer sills and front valance,

Full body re-spray (Rover JSA Blue)

Engine dismantled, chemically dipped, bores honed, new piston rings (std measurements), mains/big end bearings replaced (std measurements), new oil pump, water pump, clutch plate, engine gaskets and oil seals.

Front and rear subframes powder coated, new grooved front brake discs, EBC pads, braided front and rear brake hoses, new shocks all round. RC40 single box fitted to std manifold with de-cat pipe. 
interior as standard, new headliner, C post trims and sun visors. All window rubbers and inserts have been renewed, many new parts fitted or originals restored, Lanoguard applied underside April 2024. Kept in a garage and only dry outings.
