Originally a 3.0 M3, not an Evo.

produced. 

 

Spec:

S54b32 Engine From E46 M3 on 110k miles (Shell has just ticked into 180k), new King Race shells & ARP hardware before the engine was fitted. Run through a loom adapter for the E46 ECU and engine harness, mapped by chipwizards a well known bmw e36/46 mapping specialist. E46 sport mode retained with a manual switch, mapped to run on 97+ octane fuel. Standard engine, doesn’t smoke, doesn’t burn oil or Coolant. Lovely and smooth when idling.

 

5 Speed ZF M3 box, changes nicely no whines or crunches. 

New LUK/Sachs Clutch &Flywheel.

Custom prop. 

Evo Rear subframe with large case 3.93 LSD. Again no whines or unwanted noises.

 

Gaz gold coilovers - adjustable ride height, damper & rebound, all free and fully working. 

Adjustable top mounts - camber and caster. 

 

Front brakes are Porsche 996 4 piston calipers with E46 330i 325mm EBC turbo groove performance discs & EBC pads.

Rear brakes are standard with EBC discs & EBC pads.

 

Genuine Sunflowers x5 powder coated metallic silver with brand new PS5 tyres. The spare wheel is a spare front, fitted with a new budget tyre. 

Stud Convertion. 

 

Black Vader interior, in really nice condition. One small hole in the drivers lower bolster but otherwise clean and tidy. 

Retrimmed M-TECH steering wheel. Black carpet/headlining/dash/doorcards. 

 

Standard E46 exhaust manifold onto E36 centre and rear exhaust sections so it’s quite quiet. 

Custom Front mounted oil cooler with black braided lines and AN fittings. 

Aluminium radiator with relay operated electric fan.

B2D Engine Arms.

E34 Engine Mounts. 

Rear strut brace.

WDS originals Steering column.

Re-inforced & polybushed subframes.

New hydraulic Power steering lines - a common cause of leaks

Differential oil - Castrol Transmission LSD 75w140

Brake fluid - Motul RBF 660

Mahle oil filter

Mahle fuel filter

4 new oil cooler fittings 

 

I had the car repainted in December as the paint had faded past being saveable. It was taken back to bare metal and then resprayed. The car had new inner and outer front wings when the engines were changed, and the rear arches are both clean and tidy free of any rust. It’s had new sills at some point before my ownership, so the jacking points & sills are nice and solid. There were no nasty surprises when it was taken back to metal, it’s a really good shell. I have photo’s from start to finish of the paint work which I will happily send/show you. 

 

I have the original radio and some other spares which I’ll happily include.
