History

The car was first campaigned in 1990 in the F3000 Italian Championship. 
The car was running in EURO BOSS in the early 2000's with a Cosworth DFY engine prior to my acquisition as a rolling chassis. 
A 4.5L Rover was fitted, subsequently updated to 5.0L and run in the BOSS Ireland Championship until the end of the 2022 season. The car has been recommissioned and last run in Mondello at a test in April 2024, running faultlessly. 

Technical Specifications 

Engine is a 5.0L Rover V8 with approximately 4 hours running time on a new block with top hat sleeves, new 96mm pistons, Carillo rods and new balanced and crack tested crankshaft from ACR Automotive in Wales. Clutch is AP racing triple plate sintered.  A new clutch master cyl and new machined slave cyl piston fitted. Dyno figures can be supplied to serious buyers. Ancillaries include Ark racing geared starter and alternator driven by the dry sump oil pump. Gearbox is 5 speed H-pattern standard with new bevel gears 18/20 and new diff ramp angles 80/60 fitted. New gearbox bearings also. Emerald Ecu supplies the ignition coils and 2 Davies Craig 115L water pumps move the coolant. All the brake calipers were serviced with new AP racing seals and new pads.

New TRS seatbelts in 2023 and Lifeline 2000 electric fire extinguisher serviced in April 2024. KONI shocks serviced and dynoed by Quantum in the UK. 30A Varley battery.

Spares package for negotiation:

2 side pods, 3 front floors, 1 rear floor (needs repair), Full set wheels on good wet tyres plus 2 spare front wheels along with the wheels on the car with used slicks and rear quick lift jack, 4 narrow transport wheels, DFV airbox, DFV air starter, DFV bottom engine mounting plate, 1 DFV ringear, 9 steering arms, 1 steering rack, 2 front bellcranks, 3 stub axels, 2 front uprights, 1 rear upright, 4 coil springs 2x1300lbs and 2x1500 lbs, 24 FT gear ratios, new set bevel gears and various other gearbox bits
