04 Series 2 Motorsport Chassis.

This car will need a few things to make it race-ready, harnesses and bag tank are out of date.

This car was built to run in Lotus Cup Europe. Was originally a 40K mile car front crash-damaged car, and was converted to a replacement chassis. This is a RACE CAR chassis, it CAN NOT go back on the road there are no reg docs.

Has done less than 20 hours as a race car. Selling as a project car, as it has not been raced for 2 years. 

The engine started last week and runs sweet.

Chassis

Nitrons (Rebuilt two races ago).  New Wishbones, Carbon light covers. Race Tow Links.

Braid wheels,  AP Brake Disks, Light weight Roof. Polycarbonate Windows. FIA Cage (new). Polycarbonate Screen. Bag Tank, Swirl Pot, Aluminum Fittings. Built with new wishbones, wheel bearings and bushes. Mono steering wheel, and quick release. Quick Shift, Motorsport gear cables.

FEV gas electronic system. (Out of date) but the best, as you don’t get foam everywhere.

Engine.

This engine was built by Jason Langham (Hellier Performance). It was from a crate motor, that never went in a car. Headwork, 295cams, Verniers, Big bore Exhaust. Race Silencer.

VHPD Clutch and Pressure plate. The engine was run in on the Dyno at TDI.

169BHP unrestricted map, and a 151BHP Elise Trophy map. Wet Map (Smoother delivery).

Cooling.

Laminova oil Cooler, VHPD oil take off much better than a sandwich plate.

Davis Craig Water pump. Samco Hoses. Aluminum Radiator with extra bleed.

Heating delete, extra chassis pipes delete. New expansion bottle.

Electronics.

The chassis is running on a 32-channel  AIM PDM built on a Rachem loom, and CanBus Switch pad. 

Emerald ECU on Raychem loom is very high quality.

If a PDM and CanBus is not for you I can supply the original loom, and patch to work with the Emerald. Without the Raychem Looms and PDM, this car is £13000K, with the original road loom, but you would have to refit it.

There are a few bits that are not pretty, but it’s a race car, almost everything was deleted to get to Weight.
