Lotus 23 recreation

Built/rebuilt presumably in the 90s to the highest quality by a renowned Lotus collector, this 23, which by deduction, is a replica, does have some links to an earlier past, as it has French papers stipulating 1962 as its original build date and also photo copies of an early English log book.

The age of the car is uncertain but the build quality is not, it is of the highest standard, and the car remains in fantastic condition, the fibre body is of top quality manufacture as is the Frame.

The Holbay engine runs fine and the Hewland gearbox (completely rebuilt) is in top condition. The engine runs on Dell'orto carbs.

We have driven the here on open roads (as it has real French papers) and it is fast and reliable.

We are a company in France specialised in Mercedes from the 50s and 60s and got this car from its very longterm owner at the same time as we bought a classic Mercedes off him. We are by no means specialised in this type of car and all questions and corrections are welcome.

We speak English and French and would pick up any prospective client from either of the two Paris Airports (we are close to Orly and one Hour from Roissy)
