OC Racing, a historic race team based in the midlands are looking to fill various positions to join us for the 2024 race season and beyond. We currently have various full time positions in addition to mechanics seeking race weekend work.

At our workshop based in Aldridge West Midlands, we build, restore, prepare and race historic single seaters, sports and GT cars in the Masters, Peter Auto and HSCC series to name a few.

We are currently interested in receiving applications for the following positions:

Number 1 Mechanics

Number 2 Mechanics

Applicants with the interest in working with our team must have the following attributes:

• Ability to work within a team environment, without supervision
• Take pride in the vehicles that you will be responsible for
• Have a minimum of 4 years experience working within the Motorsport industry, ideally with Historic F1/Sportscars, but also open to receiving applications from likeminded individuals working within the modern F3, GB4, LMP sector
• Maintain a close attention to detail, with safety and presentation of the upmost importance
• Be willing to travel to races throughout the UK and Europe
• Posses a clean driving license, class 1 or trailer license not essential but advantageous 
• Fabrication skills desirable but not essential
