Ligier JS P2 - Nissan - LMP2 

In 2014, the introduction of the Ligier JS P2 marked a turning point in the history of Ligier and symbolized the return of the Ligier name to endurance racing and to the Le Mans 24 Hours.

The Ligier JS P2 has been homologated with three different engines installation, NISSAN VK45 V8, JUDD HK V8, HPD V6 double turbo.

The Ligier JS P2 was produced from February 2014 to February 2016.

Since 2014, the Ligier JS P2 achieved 33 pole positions, 32 fastest laps, 60 podiums, 15 victories in LMP2 categories : 

2015: 1st & 3rd FIA WEC / 3rd & 4th LM 24H / 2nd Asian Le Mans Series 

2016: 1st Overall 24H of Daytona / 1st Overall 12H of Sebring / 1st Overall Petit Le Mans/ 1st & 2nd WEC 6H of Silverstone / 1st & 3rd Asian Le Mans Series

2017/18: 2nd & 3rd Asian Le Mans Series

2018/19: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th Asian Le Mans Series

The Ligier JS P2 for sale is the Ligier Nissan Chassis N°5. 

It has been rebuilt by Ligier Automotive : engine has just been rebuilt at Judd Engines. 

This chassis finished 3rd in WEC in 2015, 2nd in WEC in 2016 and won Asian Le Mans Series in 2019/2020. 

This chassis has a record of 17 podiums and 3 victories. 

This Ligier JS P2 is entered also at the Gulf Historic Dubai GP Revival 2023 from the 6th of to the 10th of December 2023 and the seat is available for the potential buyer. 

The car will be operated by Ligier Automotive.

The Ligier JS P2 is now eligible in Master Endurance Legends Europe, HSR meeting as well as in Master Endurance Legends USA including Laguna Seca Classic, Austin Classic, Daytona Classic, Sebring Classic.
