This fantastic and very quick Van Diemen RF88 is up for grabs. Available complete or as a rolling chassis. Only selling due to driver retirement.

This car won the Castle Combe Class C Championship in 2022. During 2023 it was also a front runner in the BRSCC Super Classic Championship at the hands of a 74 year old driver. Last time out was Oulton Park in the Super Classic. It won the Class B and finished 2nd outright.

Running on quantum dampers rebuilt for the start of 2023 and only had a few outings this year.

The car was fully rebuilt from the ground up during the winter of 2022/23. This included any necessary parts. Not limited to a new floor, multiple rose joints, wheel bearings, radiators, steel exhaust manifold, coil springs, etc.

The bell housing was professionally rebuilt by Mike Wait which included all new thread inserts so the normal RF88 bell housing issues are no longer a worry.

Spares package includes;

2x rear lower wishbones

1x rear upper rocker/wishbone

1x front lower wishbone

1x front upper wishbone

1x spare lightweight engine cover

This car is ready to race. New Extinguisher at beginning of 2022. Harness in date until end of 2024.

Absolutely ideal for any pre '93 and pre '96 Championships with the capability of winning outright in the right hands. Also an extremely great car for novices to get started in single seater racing due to its forgiving nature.
