Originally built as an R400, the previous owner bought the car in 2012 and developed the car at siginificant cost and effort to the specification it sits in today which features
1900cc Scholar Built K Series with Doug Kidde EN40B Crank, Arrow Rods, Omega Pistons, DVA Ported Head with Paul Ivey Valves, Catherham Roller Throttle Bodies with Reverie Carbon Airbox, and Caterham Dry Sump system. Capable of 9000 rpm but currently limited to 8750 and producing circa 250 BHP. 8 hours since rebuild.
Bespoke 'Zero Exhausts' stainless 4-2-1 system with repackable silencer.
Motec M84 ecu and Motec CDL3 dash and data logging system with launch control enabled, pit lane speed limit and timing system to monitor pit stop lengths etc.
Drenth DG350 6 speed Sequential Gearbox operated by Geartronics paddleshift. Gearbox has only completed 4 races from new. Laminova installed to warm gearbox oil faster whilst maintaining cooling when up to temp. Bailey Morris bespoke length prop shaft.
TTV Lighweight Flywheel and with TTV Clutch. 4 Races from new.
Penske 3 way dampers supplied and set up by Simon Rogers of Meteor Motorsport. Wide track.
Carbon full length undertray, carbon tonneau cover, carbon half doors, carbon boot lid, carbon nosecone and front wings.
Caterham 4 pot front brakes and 2 pot rears with pagid pads all round. Brake pressure sensors fitted and logged through Motec.
Car comes with 3 sets of Mike Barnby Magnesium Wheels and a rare spare Caterham Dry Sump. Many other small modifications to this car of which too many to list really but make it a very, very sorted example. Only 491kg's!
