Description:

1982 March 82S chassis number 82S-2-003. Needs final assembly but is a complete car less engine and bodywork centre section. I've moved abroad so won't get time to finish it.

Everything is in good condition including all the cast parts such as uprights, steering rack, gearbox subrames etc. Everything is there including a Hewland Mk 9 gearbox that is stripped ready for assembly but it has no differential. All the gearbox casings are as new including the main box, package unit and side plates.

It was last used for hill climbing so only had a small fuel tank so we have fitted a brand-new foam filled aluminium large capacity fuel tank so it can do the longer Thundersports races if required and also a brand-new oil tank, both fuel and oil tanks fabricated by Concept R and both fitted in the car.

The front bodywork is original but the rear was modified by the hill climb boys so will need putting back to original, but it is in good condition and sound with no damage. The mid body section is missing and will need making or buying.

We had the roll hoop stripped, checked and powder coated so that's in really excellent condition as is the tub and fabricated parts such as push rods and trailing arm links etc.

A really pretty sports 2000 with all the fine detailed engineering you would expect from March, It just needs someone to complete the final assembly and race it.
