Description:

Very well known multiple championship and race winning Caterham R300 for sale, purchased brand new from Caterham and campaigned by Tony Bennett since 2009 until present. This car has constantly been worked on to reduce weight, add power and optimise handling and has evolved into an absolute weapon.   

During this time the car has been extensively developed by Team Leos Motorsport, including a complete rebuild into a new 420 Spec metric race chassis in 2015. The following 2016 season the car finished on the podium 20 consecutive times in a wide range of events and has enjoyed tremendous success throughout it's campaigning, latterly mainly within the Castle Combe GT Championship.

The car is built to win and was last raced at Silverstone in 2021 (where it won outright). Due to my involvement with my son's professional race career in 2022 I stopped racing and only tested in the car this season. I can confirm the car remains very much right on pace. 

The car can be used within many different series and championships, such as CSCC Magnificent Sevens, CSCC Open Series, CNC Heads Sports & Saloons, MSVR All-Comers, Castle Combe GT Championship and BARC Open Sports & Saloons to name just a few.
