<5 Hours from complete rebuild (was still running mineral oil when i bought) had new big end shells, mains, rings & valves lapped & new Valve stem seals

Higher spec/power than R500 builds... Dave Andrews ultimate VVc head, has arrow rods, floating small end, Kiddie billet steel crank, Brodie Britain racing internals - engine build to with stand 10rpm (cut is 9,250 - i generally shift 8500-8700)
