Race winning, competitive & well known Clio 172 Cup race car. Trophies to prove it :)
2002 car with V5 & MOT (until Jan 2023)
Unusually for a full blown race car it's road legal with a daylight MOT.
This is incredibly useful for Trackdays and testing when you don't want to take a trailer.
I've only used the best parts and got the professionals to work on it (e.g. Mark Fish, Andy @ Engine Dynamics )
I've owned this car for 5 years and spent way to much on it improving everything in the quest for lap time.
The car now weighs 900kg with another 40kg to lose if you went with fibreglass doors.
I've kept it at 900kg and 189bhp Cat camshaft and map @ Engine Dynamics - Dyno sheet to prove it.
At over 200bhp per ton it is genuinely rapid!
This is a reliable, light and fast Clio which handles like nothing else.
If you're an experienced racer or a novice this car is so easy to drive.
It's also excellent in the wet, regularly troubling and beating much more powerful cars.
It's not concours condition but it's not bad for a race car.
All the hard work has been done - belts, diff, cams, suspension etc.
You will not find a better race car under £10k

The reality is, to convert a stripped out track car into a reliable and competitive race car takes a lot of time and money.
I've done all the hard work over the last 5 years so it's now completely ready to go.
Better still, because it's MOT'd and road legal I have a full history with the car and a huge file of invoices and receipts.
This is rare for a race car.
