Palliser F5000, ex Mike McDowell, full aluminum Buick/Repco Engine with zero hours. 4 Dellorto 48 carbs, everything done, BBS Wheels, magnesium calipers, Hewland FG400, new wings, new drive shafts etc. Spare parts, Hewland gears, front cone incl. moulding.
Only two Palliser WDH 1 cars were produced. This car was built for Mike MacDowel and configured as a hill climb vehicle. Third place in the 1971 Shell/RAC Hillclimb Championship and the fastest in Doune on 23.09.1971.
Mike MacDowel, David Five and Peter Voight were the car’s drivers.
The racing car has been carefully restored with new parts and is in very good condition. The engine is completely new and has not yet clocked up any kilometres.
The racing car comes with various items of correspondence belonging to the previous owner, handwritten notes, old photos and articles from motor racing magazines, spare parts, gearings, a replacement front and the mould for it.
The Car is very easy to maintain and can be operated by one person.
Due to the Covid restrictions, I offer the Car including Transport in every Country in Europe and i will refound the costs for inspect the Car in my Garage.
