Custom built on a brand-new Ultralow chassis this trailer is spec'd to F1 standards inside and out, being finished in silver metallic. The external lockers are fitted with power and airlines for external work. The trailer is 4m high to comply with EU regulations and has IVA road approval.

Fitted out internally to carry 2-4 GT cars and support equipment, LED lighting throughout and finished with bright white walls and rubber dot flooring. Both decks have side and central Unwin load track fitted to allow for a wide variety of loading options with power points throughout.

The Top Deck is 9.2m long x 1.33 high, the entry point is 2.19m but the maximum inside width available is 2.4m, the design brief was to maximise the available transport/storage space for roller cabinets, there is also hatch on either side for power supply to an awning.

Bottom Car deck is 9.2m long and 2.4m wide (2.19m wide at entry point). Floor to ceiling at lowest point is 2m and car deck to ceiling is 1.38m. Access to the bottom deck can be made from either side, both doors and that of the office are fitted with electric keypads, being an Ultralow trailer no separate steps are required. The front of the deck has full width fitted bespoke storage units, under counter fridge, flat screen TVs, sink with running water and microwave. The lower deck also benefits from its own A/C - heater so is self contained from the office area.

The lower deck was designed to allow storage of the awning poles under the deck and set at a height to be used as seating on both sides for the staff and engineers. The glazed area on the bottom deck is fitted with blinds to allow privacy.

The Trailer is loaded using a 2 tonne Dhollandia tail lift with three extendable low angle ramps.

The double hydraulic podded front office is larger than most and fitted with a leather sofa, folding table, sink and glass fronted fridge. LED lighting from the gloss white ceiling helps create a bright and spacious feel. a large flat screen TV with cabling for a SKY TV box and automatic satellite dish provide entertainment while the bespoke made cupboards provide plenty of storage to keep everything tidy.

The office is fitted with air conditioning / heating and is accessed via steps from the left-hand pod keeping this area separate from any loading/workshop areas. The Pods are operated hydraulically including the floor to provide a fast-simple setup. The LED lighting, slide out pods and tailgate are powered by the 24v system so no reliance on mains hookup. The office also benefits from blinds to the windows, built in bespoke storage units, drinks fridge, sink and water. The fittings and cabling are all in place for an automatic satellite system. Access to the viewing area is via a staircase from the office which offers great views when location allows - please see images of the viewing deck.

Fitted within the nose area in a 12m Clark pneumatic mast (with cabling into a cupboard in the office for two repeater units) and silent Hydrovane compressor whilst a substantial specification 18KVA electric start diesel generator is fitted below. Should it be required both sides of the trailer have the fittings for a Stegmaier awning which could be available by separate negotiation.

The trailer has been checked every 12 weeks as part of our Operators licence and will be sold with 12 months MOT.

Whilst we would dearly like to keep this trailer it is no longer suitable for our requirements, last year it was only used on three occasions so we cannot justify keeping it.
