Selling this 2008 Caterham 7 Sigma on behalf of my brother. He's looking to make a step up into a different class of racing so don't want this collecting dust in the workshop, much rather it move on and someone else have some fun in it.

 
He's owned this car for a couple of years now, only done only a handful of races, in CSCC Mag 7's and 7 Series.

 
Car had engine refresh at start of the year, work carried out by Macmillan Motorsport(7 Series Organiser) engine is sealed so can be used in 7 Series no problem. All receipts from work has been kept.

 
At time of engine refresh, Clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder and Clutch was replaced, all done for peace of mind when it's all out. Also has had full gearbox rebuild at start of season along with the engine rebuild. Along with all new fluids.

Engine oil & filter replaced after every 2 race meetings.
Engine oil & Filter has done 1 race since change(Castle combe CSCC Mag 7).
Gearbox oil was changed 2 races ago.
Refreshed engine & gearbox has only done 2 race weekends. 

Car comes with 2 sets of rims (1 on car, one not) Both sets have Toyo R888R on, the set on the car has only done 2 race weekends. Spare set has 3 weekends on.  Also have another set of R888R to go with car(done 3 weekends).

 
Brand new Plumbed in extinguisher fitted in march.

Seatbelts expire end of 2024.
Rollcentre Laptimer installed (even throw in a spare 9v battery)
Shift lights installed.

 Have a good few kg's of lead, to go with in case of running with a lighter driver to bring up to a minimum weight.

Also have 2 x spare rear cycle wings.
1 x damaged rear cycle wing (can be repaired)
Also have a spare Alternator belt and fuel Drain out pipe to go with.

 
Car bodywork isn't perfect by any means, has some gravel rash down the left side. Little Dent here and there, but what Caterham race car hasn't. Certainly not the worst looking car on the grid last year, by far the straightest car by the end of the season in comparison to some others. Stickers will be left on, but no big deal for buyer to remove.

 Basically here is a complete ready to race package which is eligible for 7 Series as it has a sealed engine and can also compete in Mag 7's or whatever other series, the sigma cars can run in.
