Caterham Rolling Chassis  - Imperial

This car was professionally built as a Caterham Blackbird by the technician at Millwood Motor Company from a mixture of brand new and refurbished parts.

It was built and then sold, hence has never been used and is in excellent condition.

The Honda Blackbird engine/gearbox and associated ancillaries have now been removed from the car and sold separately, therefore leaving a rolling chassis in excellent condition ready for an engine and transmission of your own preference.

A brief outline of the rolling chassis is as follows:

Completely refurbished and freshly re-paneled imperial chassis by Arch Motors in as good as new condition.

Wide Track  front suspension with rose jointed mount on top wishbone to hub

Bilstein dampers – road spec dampers fitted to rolling chassis but full set of Caterham R300 / R400 race spec Bilsteins included.

AP Racing 4 pot big brake kit with vented discs on front.

Custom fuel tank which is sized for Sprints and Hill Climbs, complete with pump and filterAs can be seen in the photos the car is currently fitted with a custom fuel tank which is sized for Sprints and Hill Climbs. However if the new owner prefers a larger tank for circuit racing or track days etc then I can easily swap this for a standard size tank.

Differential fitted with Titan LSD and 3.9 final drive ratio.  Also available is a 3.6 ratio CWP

This car was built with precise attention to detail and is quite superbly put together with several really nice and unique touches. (A real compliment to the technician and Millwood).

I bought the complete running car with the intention of using it for circuit racing. However the build of two other Hayabusa powered Caterhams resulted in me never getting around to this and now I not only need the space but also the funds for my racing budget !!
