Description:

Based on a 2013 model, 27,000 mile donor car, this C1 race car was built to a high standard by well known Scottish racer Alan Kirkaldy for the inaugural UK 24hr C1 race at Rockingham in May 2018. The Safety Devices sponsored car proved to be very competitive and ultra reliable, running for the majority of the race inside the top 10, and as far up as P2.

Unfortunately, due to the various business commitments of our group of owners getting in the way of racing it again since then, we've decided to sell and let someone else enjoy "Baby Blue". 

The car picked up a few minor battle scars at Rockingham, however one new wing and a bit of T-Cut sorted the majority of those out. At Rockingham, we discovered that the car was running heavier than many of our competitors, so since then we have changed the roll cage to a brand new latest spec lightweight version. As such the car will get down to minimum weight easily.

To ensure the best durability & reliability, the car was built with as many new parts as possible, including the full C1 Club "build kit", brand new Lifeline Extinguisher, new Safety Devices harness, new clutch, new OEM water pump and many other new parts. The gearbox was also replaced with an early spec version with the optimum gear ratios.

Please note - We're selling this car as part of a package, and we won't split it or sell any specific parts separately. The spares package that comes with the car includes the following:

• 56 Plate, 53,000 mile full spare car. The engine and gearbox are perfect (older spec gearbox with best ratios)

Please note - The lap timer won't be included, and you'll need a replacement seat as the one in the car is only there to allow the car to be moved around. 

The rear silencer has just been replaced with a brand new unit, and the rear brake shoes have all just been renewed as well. 

The car is fully compliant with C1 Club regulations and is pretty much good to race as it stands.
