I recently ( early 2019) imported the car from the USA , and have a notarized bill of sale from the US seller.
this car was racing the the Busch Grand National season Xfinity NASCAR championship in 2001
the car specification is standard and strictly defined for all NASCAR
it is interesting to notice that NASCAR are using regular unleaded fuel

all main parts are present , except the gear shifter extension lever and the driver harness/ seat belts
The threaded rod where gear shifter lever should be attached is present, see picture
The frame and body are solid, no structure rust.
some scratches here and there on but fairly nice paint and presentation considering the car history.
the Nascar Monte Carlo is in good overall shape , with all the original sponsor stickers
the car is also equipped with a fire extinguisher system
