Spec:
-200 block from 1993 Escort Cosworth, machined block and mounted dry ductile iron liners, torqueplate bored 90,75mm and honed by machining company Cylmo, Norway(orig.90,82).
-6pcs center longstuds ARP, machined by Cylmo. 4pcs ends ARP studs.
-Cylmo/BMW type piston oil spray jets (drilled and threaded inn directly from mains oil gallery -Cylmo balanced crank incl all rotating assembly. Very good oil pressure in this engine.
-WRC/YBP oil pump.
-YBP windage tray.
-ARP main bearing bolts.
-Mahle Motorsport mains+big end bearing.
-Big wing sump w/magnetic plug.
-CP pistons MAdevelopments (MAD) spec 7:1 komp. Ring gapped by Cylmo.
-Crower rods orig.lenght 128,5mm.
-1993 Escort Cosworth ported head, new valve guides, 16pcs new original hydraulic lifters, 16pcs new original Cosworth valves with Sodium filled exhaust valves. New Piper doble valve springs and recess machined for high lift cams. All 10pcs head bolt washer contact area at head is skimmed off for optimum clamp force of head stud washers/nuts.
- WRC head gasket Reinz orig.
-Cometic multilayer inlet gasket.
-Madevelopments spec hydr cams, kent adjustable vernier pulleys. Cam timing acc MAD spec. (will be informed to buyer)
-WRC crankcase breather w/ProGold Teflon hose/fittings to/from engine.
-Custom high flow inlet with BMW M54B30 new throttle body DBW (Drive By Wire).
-Madevelopments twin scroll T4 exhaust manifold with EGT+exhaust pressure bung.
-Turbo Borg Warner EFR7670 0.92 T4 twin scroll int wg turbo with speed sensor cloed loop against ECU Emtron KV8.
-Quartermaster triple disc sinter clutch w/ flywheel.
-Honda coil on plugs.
-ASNU 1000cc high ohm injectors.
-Remote mount. Oil filter with ProGold Teflon hose/fittings to/from engine.
-Engine serial number and papers included.
- All clearances recorded during assembly.
-Can eventually be sold for additional price with Emtron KV8 ECU with setup against 2pcs Bosch knock sensors, fuel press+temp, oil press+temp (all Honeywell), 2pcs LSU 4.9 Lambda sensors (orig. Bosch), exhaust press+exhaust etmp etc. Incl all «standard» sensors. Complete Emtron KV8 ECU wiring adapted to the engine. Custom made electrical diagram in Autocad format can follow.
-Launch control from wheel sensors against KV8.
-The KV8 can be set up for eg. traction control, flying traction control, etc and is one of the most advanced ECU available on the market today.
The engine is built for 500bhp at 95RON gasoline, but is also mapped at 98RON. 3 maps is made(low power, 95Ron, 98Ron) and is easily changed via 0-5V analog switch.
Mappet by Mark Shead Madevelopments (One of UK’s most experienced YB Cosworth-tuners) to 500bhp 1.9barg (28psi) on 95RON and 572hk 700nm 2.3barg (33psi) on 98RON, 400bhp from ca. 4300rpm meaning a very wide register of power available for an engine less than 2litre volume, check the curve attached.
The engine is freshly built, started at Joe Gibbs run-in oil, mapped in rolling dyno by Mark Shead, driven ca. 500km and one track day with logging of all parameters in the Emtron KV8.

The Emtron KV8 ECU will be used for a new engine build (Other type of engine) and will only be sold for new price, so it is recommended for potential buyers to buy a new Emtron KV8 ECU from UK Madevelopments/Mark Shead, and the buyer will then get my engine map and have a turn-key engine package.
