Genuine factory Dodge GT3 race car, upgraded to latest spec.

Raced initially in England, then later in the Australian GT championship.

In 2015, this car a complete update, where it was fully rebuilt and upgraded to a current spec GT3 car.

A brand new Series 3, 780hp, 8.4 liter race engine from Arrow race engines was imported from America for this car. This engine was mated to a brand new Holinger paddle shift gearbox. At this time, the car had all of its GT3 wiring and electronics removed and stored away.

In its place, Daytona Sportscars commissioned an all new modern electronics system. This included a custom OMP colour display steering wheel and paddle shift setup. A second display was also added to the center console including a rear camera display, and USB logging.

The engine is configured to run a Dual DBW setup, and is run fully sequentially by a MoTeC M150 ECU. This ECU also runs the Paddle shift gearbox in full closed loop mode with manual, semi auto and full auto mode. The car also has selectable traction control, launch control, gearshift mode, Fuel trim and display settings.

The car was fully rewired with a current specification motorsport harness using professional quality wire, heatshrink and connectors.

This is a fully modern version of the Dodge Viper GT3 car. The car is presented with all components ready to race.

The car comes with an enormous amount of spares, including a spare late model engine, 2 sets of BBS wheels, panels, manifolds, DBW motors, etc. A full inventory of spares is available on request. The car is fully race prepared and in excellent condition. Current lap times for the car in this trim are Bathurst 2:06 Phillip Island 1:30 Sandown 1:11 Winton 1:21 These lap times will take the purchaser straight to the front of any sports car field in a car that as plenty of power, is very forgiving and easy to drive at the limit.
