Car Transporter Trailer with full Living Accommodation.

This trailer was manufactured by Motorsport Trailers in 2014 and is an extremely well designed and manufactured car or bike transporter trailer which also has full living accommodation.

This is the largest 5800 model and this particular example is fitted with a full bulkhead between the garage and superb living area.

It sleeps up to four people in two double beds and includes:

• Lower seating area and table that convert to the lower bed.

• Upper seating area that converts to the other double bed by sliding the extension piece out to locate in the purpose built side rails.

• Central Heating via hot air system

• Toilet

• Shower

• Gas hob

• Sink with hot and cold water

• LED lighting in living area

• Fridge

• Microwave

• Lots of cupboard storage space over bed, under seats and under sink

• The windows in the living area and door are fitted with both fly screens and black out blinds.

• The opening sky lights (one in living area and one in garage area) are also fitted with fly screens and black out blinds.

• There is an auto tracking satellite dish and tuning system fitted but no TV at present, although the sockets and provision are all present.

• Gas point outside door for a BBQ

• A large 12volt leisure battery is fitted along with charger and invertor.

• 240 volt hook up integrated

• LPG system full integrated.

• Full power control unit and monitoring unit for all services plus levels in the water tanks.

• Carbon monoxide and LPG detector / alarms

The fresh water and waste water tanks are fitted under the trailer as is the LPG tank (easily filled up from an LPG equipped petrol station so no gas bottle to carry around).

The garage area is 3.25m long and 2.15m wide. The width between rear door uprights is 1.98m.

It has a remote control 12v electric winch fitted to make loading and unloading easy.

The two aluminum loading ramps store underneath the trailer for ease and security.

There are also two lights in the garage area to assist with loading or unloading if required.

Multiple tie down points

We have transported my Caterham with ease but would also suit a single seater and autograss cars as well as motorbikes.

It tows extremely well and the triple axle format makes it very stable.

Maximum Gross Weight is 3500kgs.

All tyres are in good condition with lots of tread.

The two tool boxes seen in the rear of the trailer are available to the new owner if desired or can be easily removed.

We have looked after this trailer and it wants for nothing but someone to hook up to it and use it.

The trailer has served us extremely well and made race weekends a much more relaxed and enjoyable experience for myself and the good lady.

The only reason for sale is that next year we plan to take 2 cars to most events and so have purchased a two car trailer which means this one is no longer going to be used, hence offered for sale.
